Progress and expectations
I will be clear about what coaching can promise and what it cannot.
I do not promise a certain amount of weight loss or guarantee that coaching will produce a particular result. Medication response, health, access, and personal circumstances vary too much for that kind of promise to be honest. Coaching has a different purpose. It can help you understand what you want, prepare for conversations, and choose actions that fit your life.
48h
I will respond within 48 hours.
This is the response time I promise for coaching messages. GLP1Coach is not an immediate-response or crisis service.
100%
I will answer your coaching messages myself.
I do not use a chatbot or another coach to write responses under my name.
0
I will respect your privacy.
I do not use a member’s story in marketing, the podcast, or a presentation without clear permission. If a member allows me to share feedback, identifying details are removed unless the person specifically asks to be named.
Progress and expectations
My commitments to members
I will stay within the scope of health coaching.
I will direct medical questions to your prescriber and recommend another qualified professional when your needs go beyond coaching.
I don't guarantee outcomes — I show up for the process.
Coaching is a relational practice. I cannot promise that any specific member will lose X pounds or feel Y way at month N. What I can promise is that I will read every message carefully, ask the questions that serve you, and not perform on you.
How results will be shared
GLP1Coach is a new coaching service. I will not describe member patterns before there is enough real information to support them. If I publish group-level results later, I will explain how many people were included and what was measured. Individual stories will be shared only with permission.
What progress may look like
Progress is personal. It may mean that you:
- Feel more prepared for a prescriber or pharmacy conversation.
- Understand why part of you wants change and another part is hesitant.
- Respond to an unwanted comment in a way that reflects your values.
- Speak to yourself with more patience after a difficult week.
These are examples, not promises. You decide what progress means for you.
