Working with me
You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Hi, I’m Amanda Bonello. I’m an ACE Certified Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist with advanced training in anti-obesity medications. I’m also a GLP-1 patient and obesity advocate.
I provide compassionate, science-based support for people using GLP-1 medications and living with obesity or other chronic health conditions.
We can focus on self-advocacy, building healthy habits, and helping you stay motivated and accountable. I provide education about protein, hydration, fiber, muscle health, hair loss, and common GLP-1 side effects, including ways to reduce or manage them. We also look at how your body responds, because your needs and experiences may not be the same as someone else’s.
Most importantly, I listen. I’m here to be your accountability buddy and a consistent source of support. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Health coaching provides general guidance and support. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
